Trump May Be First President Charged with a Crime

A Manhattan grand jury will decide if evidence is sufficient to charge Trump and his associates with criminal indictments for bank, tax or insurance fraud. It will not be a surprise if Trump becomes the first former president to be charged with a crime. Trump has a long history of over 4,000 lawsuits as a defendant or plaintiff.
